1. Visiting customers

Investigate the customer's on-site environment, such as site space, existing equipment layout, surrounding supporting facilities, etc., and collect relevant data and information.

Ask questions about the collected information and discuss with customers to ensure a clear and accurate understanding of project goals and constraints.

2. Conception and design of solutions

Based on customer needs and on-site conditions, a professional design team will produce 3D solutions and electrical control solutions to intuitively display the appearance of the equipment and internal electrical connections.

Carefully plan the layout, determine the equipment dimensions, and describe the action principles and processes in detail to ensure that the equipment operation meets logical and efficiency requirements.

Conceive and design each structural part, estimate the production rhythm and efficiency through Takt Time simulation, and optimize the overall design.

According to the complexity of the design and resource allocation, reply to the customer with an estimated delivery date in about 1 week and give a preliminary quotation.

3. Order acceptance and contract signing

After reaching a cooperation intention with the customer, formally carry out detailed design work to ensure that the design plan meets all customer requirements and relevant standards.

Start the parts procurement process according to the design drawings, strictly screen suppliers, and ensure the quality of raw materials and parts.

4. Assembly and commissioning

Arrange the production tasks of processed parts, and purchase the required standard parts at the same time to ensure that the materials are supplied on time and in quality.

Complete the assembly and commissioning of equipment within the company, strictly follow the assembly process and quality standards, and ensure that the performance of the equipment is stable and reliable.

5. Quality assurance

With the goal of building a well-known brand, adhere to strict quality assurance measures. From raw material selection to finished product delivery, every link is strictly controlled to ensure that the product quality meets or even exceeds industry standards.

Before the equipment is delivered, conduct on-site inspections and pre-delivery assessments again to check the equipment's operating conditions and various parameters to ensure that the equipment is in the best condition.

6. After-sales service

Send professional technicians to the customer's site for free installation and commissioning, and provide customers with comprehensive technical guidance to ensure that customers can operate and maintain the equipment correctly.

We provide customers with a one-year quality assurance service after delivery. If there is any equipment failure during this period, the company will respond within 24 hours and solve the problem in time. Whether it is domestic or foreign customers, technicians can travel to provide on-site services.
